Mail call. Thought I was getting Hungarian....looked back at my order, I clicked on the wrong thing. I bet they shoot though.
I like to split the habaneros, serranos, etc.. and put them on the smoker for hours. If they don't get completely dry, I'll finish them in the dehydrator. Jar them up, and add to chili (or whatever) as desired. Gives a great smoky heat.
