The hot peppers, I just wash, dry and freeze whole for salsa later.
The banana peppers will be cut into slices, remove seeds and membrane, blanched and then frozen for salads and such. Maybe add some to relish makings
That looks representative of a night I recently had mixing White Castles with some Skyline Chili ... (yes, unfortunately, alcohol was also involved and may have played a role in the decision making process).
