What time/reps?

These 12 are a good start. You can do 30 seconds with a 30 second break or do 25-50 reps of each. And, like I do with @Strider12 's mom, you gotta go hard and don't screw around. Go to failure if you can.

Down a coat size(2")

Also 3" off the waist on my pants, but couldn't use the smaller tux pants because my thighs have bulked up

30 minute circuit:
Squat 5x225lbs
Dead lift 5x225lbs
Jump rope 30 seconds
10 push-ups
10 pull ups

Not sure how many times we went through that during the 30 minutes, but I'm drenched

My wife and I led the warmups for the YMCA Cheerios 10k, 5k and kid's runs this morning. It was drizzling but we had a great time and there was a good turnout. I didn't do the 5k or 10k officially but I did do them as I ran the route looking for anyone needing aid and checking on stragglers.

Went to watch my daughter's track meet after that. She placed 3rd in the long jump.

When I got home I ran the 2-man auger alone (I got the weirdest anti-chubby when I typed that) and placed 20 fence posts.

I'm toast

Did a 5.25 mile run, and chased the dogs through the woods for an hour or so.

There's a 7k mud run coming up soon in Covington. Wanna set up a team?
Sure. I'm terribly out of shape though...didn't run for 3.5 months this winter due to injury.

6pm at the Imperial in Decatur if anyone is interested. Group run with some good folks. Two groups. One fast, one not so fast. Expect 6+ miles for the fast group and 4ish miles for the slow group.
