More 60# sandbag work today
1. 50 throws over fence and climb over each time
2. .25 miles walk with bag
3. 100 yard bear crawl with bag
4. 15 bag throws as far as possible
5. 30 burpees (no bag)
6. 6x10 over shoulder throws with bag with a .25 mile run in between
