Try something higher that you can eventually turn into an easier long term habbit.@Hoss so total intake for today is 1045 cals 8 caps of water and lots of eggs , greens and fruits. took a 15 min walk around the neighborhood with the wife . hope to add to my walk each day then start adding more to my workout . not great but its a start

You're probably fine consuming some. Everything we eat causes some insulin release.
You won't see my workout posts with much heavy weights. I bulked up with heavy weights 5 years ago and realized that I now had to keep lifting heavy shit for no apparent reason to maintain it.Dead lifts:
