    SBR lower

my 9mm sbr AR pulls double duty with a 10.5" 556 upper. the hanh "power bottom" block - though expensive for what it is - makes that possible. I got burned by cheaper, shittier mag blocks (or block). I went straight from a failure-inducing promag straight to hahn. it always works. dont be a...

    SBR lower

get the hahn precision bottom loading mag block. then you don't have to remove the bolt catch to change from 9mm to 556/300/762/etc.

I have had good experiences with Nikon and Leupold 2-7x (?) which should get you into that price range. I put question mark because both are on bolt action rifles that I used when I was in high school. I don't remember shooting much past three hundred yards because of the terrain. 4x12 or...

School me on threaded barrels/suppressor mounts

even though folks rave about the metric left hand factory Glock threaded barrels, you'll probably find that it's cheaper and easier to go with an after market 1/2x28 barrel. the pistons and mounts are much easier to find in my experience.

ComBlock Suppressed - I Want This!

I think we're ignoring the larger issue here: will you ever get a good decibel reduction with a 762x39 AK? I've contemplated having mine threaded for a spec war 762 but all my research says it's expensive, risky, and not as effective in sound reduction as one would hope.

ComBlock Suppressed - I Want This!

spray on some black grill paint. that shit is cheap and effective!

School me on threaded barrels/suppressor mounts

Some 9mm barrel mfgs will thread 1/2x28 - adco and maybe ballistic advantage. Most don't because they don't want you to mistakenly put a .223 muzzle device on a barrel with a larger diameter bullet like a .38 caliber 9mm. Bad things can happen when your bullet is larger than your muzzle...

Can't decide, need some input from y'all (which AR upper)

random thoughts: I love bcm. love it. my car and safe are covered in those star stickers. go with the lightest set up possible. a quality red dot like aimpoint, is never a detriment to a setup unless it's too heavy and you're not a specimen of physical fitness. irons are excellent. they...

Way to secure AR but get to quickly

my dad: "here's a bb gun, if you fuck this up you'll never touch that BAR-22 I bought you the year before you were born. and don't shoot your sister with this either."

    My SPR Build Thread

I have an ALG defense on my 6.8 deer rifle. Other than the terrible white lettering/branding on the side, it is an excellent m-lok rail for $120ish.

    Ammo hoarding

I stay pretty deep in 223/556 and 9mm. Since I bought the Tirant 9 I've gone straight to 147 gr. 9mm and left some pretty good deals on 115 gr. in the shopping cart. Not to worry...I'm pretty deep in 762x39 and 300 blk too for when real work needs to get done. And then there's a small...
