Help me decide on a shotgun

Don't feel like reading through all of this. Just going to put my opinion out there. I personally shoot my shotguns as much as I do my rifles. My Steoger has seen many cases of ammo for sporting clay tournaments, or just the back yard clay thrower days at my buddies house. Ok, so pumps suck...

    Buffer Tube Hone?

This^^^^^^, just buy a new quality buffer tube... To OP's original question though in regards to hones. I have used a cylinder hone on buffer tubes in the past. Things to note: I used a brake hone with stones instead. The dingle ball hone only remove the anodizing and does very little to...

Primary weapons system ratchet castle nut

Interesting design. Would like to see a long/ or high use results on this? Wonder if BF Las Vegas has them?....lol Per the TM, you should stake your end plate/castle nut in two locations, after applying Aeroshell 33ms (TM advises molybdenum disulfide grease, which 33ms is close enough to be...

    Trijicon SRS or MRO?

My only knock on the PRO is the included QRP II mount. It is bulky and heavy, as are the optic too, but it is super rugged.

    Trijicon SRS or MRO?

Sell me your MRO and buy an Aimpoint...lol I sent my last Eotech in for a refund. Looking to replace it as my 16" A2 sight gun is irons only at the moment.

    Long Range Muzzle Device

My 18" rifle uses the AAC 51T brake. With a can and the rifle gas and buffer system, it's a nice smooth pulse that is easily controllable with very minimal muzzle movement.

    Duty Upper Build

I would suggest a BCM 12.5 KMR upper and BCM BCG/CH. Short, descent on weight, retains good ballistics for 5.56, if run suppressed, OAL would not be that bad and weight would not be terrible (yes, this is, even though you requested a 10.5" upper)...

    11.5" Barrel Suggestions

@Leshaire Add the link to your build on here. It will answer most, if not all questions OP may have.

    Savage MSR Teaser

I saw that too. I hope its a non proprietary type so it could be swapped for a BCM, especially if running a low scope mount and you have to use it.

    Huntertown Arms Multi-cal AR

Seems like a lame knock off of the Windham RMCS, which also seems like a knockoff of the COBB MCR. Which I agree with you all, I would rather have multiple AR's... I really worry about the 300blk/5.56 uppers getting mixed up though. I just know it is an accident waiting to happen for many...

    Getting a scope level

How do you like your L-L-L kit from wheeler? Those have massive mixed reviews for quality issues (machinist proving them to be 5-15 degrees off from the poorly made plastic bases in some instances?). I use precision flange levels, but also have the level vials out of 2 line levels, that would be...

    Getting a scope level

I would much recommend Rob for any scope mounting. His glass collection is worth more than all the guns, ammo and firearms I own....

Also, @cmshoot probably has a much more economical and efficient way of doing it.
