gonna be doing a Troy Industry warranty work department review soon lol.

stripped out one of the 4 mounting screws on the rail finally. It’s been whored around and loctited and torched and loctited again and over tightened and blamed for shifting laser zeroes etc etc etc so I ain’t shocked at all.

Buddy said their customer service/warranty is badass and lifetime so let’s see how they handle this. Be cool to get a new Troy Rail !

I got one - and it’s got the proper grips too!

But it’s been cut down and chromed for parade use. I think it can be parkerized over the chrome.

LOL, at the rack number on your own rifle. Was that the rack number of your weapon over in the sandbox? I still remember my M60 s/n. #6161R. I have a old weapons card for my M16, and a .45acp... maybe I'll put one of those on my go to rifle.

I don't own a soldering iron, and stippling's a lot harder if you do it with MAP gas and welding wire.

Get a wood burning kit at a hobby store. They typically come with a bunch of replaceable tips in different shapes.
