I want one of those havoc 37mm flare launches to slap on the m16A4 clone but at $300, I’m out.

Bro I do some launching. It’s been a minute but I was loading my own reusable 37mm aluminum hulls. Big boy smokes, and concussion, etc etc. you can still find 37mm OC/CS canisters. If you drop a DD stamp on it you can shoot flechette shrapnel rounds, or .22lr hornets nests, or the rubber BBs, or shotgun loads, torpedo rounds etc. pretty much use it against humans.
With no DD stamp you’re not supposed to shoot it at people lol
