Just warm it up

I get that, but I guess "keeps forever" and "maintains consistency" aren't the same.

Point was WTF would 13 pounds of honey look like 7 years down the line when I haven't finished it. Not complaining about his price, it just wouldn't be practical for me, other than extracurricular activities.

For real honey question though. I thought it never went bad? While that may be true, I have noticed that honey once it gets older seems to congeal and has a different viscosity. Is that because it's usually crap honey-bear type honey?
All honey will crystallize. Warm water over the jar solves that

PSA for anyone that has had that awful nerve pain with COVID....take a shit load of magnesium. Within 12 hours the pain lessens to almost zero. The ex had a terrible nerve condition and magnesium eliminated that pain as well. Just something to keep in mind if you're ever battle nerve related pain. It sucks, and this helps a lot.

Thanks for that post. I'll get some magnesium next time I'm out and see if it helps. I've never heard this before.
