When I met my wife she was renting a 1-bedroom about like that. Dude in town put 8 little houses on a big lot. They were about the size of a big storage shed (I think they WERE storage sheds to be honest). Had bathroom, plumbing, kitchen - not a bad deal at all, esp for a single mom working and going to school.
She had a couple next door that would drink and fight like crazy. Sounded like they were in the room with you lol.
For real honey question though. I thought it never went bad? While that may be true, I have noticed that honey once it gets older seems to congeal and has a different viscosity. Is that because it's usually crap honey-bear type honey?
My greatest accomplishment today may be that i kept the screen saver from activating.
