I think it’s a totally viable ccw option as long as you’re using a good load. Over penetration is a bit exaggerated, Especially considering 10mm in the cooler months. Heavier clothing has a lot to do with it..

For my purposes I dont care about the myth of over penetration. It will be a dedicated home and range gun

I'd wager most caliber 'problems' are because of misses. The entire idea of .30 carbine being inadequate to kill is most likely because the guys issued M1 Carbines werent regular trigger pullers that missed

Not to say that overpenetration is a complete fallacy because it does exist but if it were such a concern to law-enforcement or professionals I don’t think air marshals would carry a 357 sig. on a plane
