So apparently the family tree has a LOT of branches going back at least a few generations. The obits provide some insight to the times. Grandparents both passed early from cancer, Great-grandfather died an early death as well but I'm not sure what from.

Albatros if you're able to do some research, it can get interesting. Not sure your family history...for me, I prefer to stand on the outside looking in. But I feel like I need to have the path to show my son if he ever wants to look into it when he's of age.

Golden Sabre is really good stuff. No idea why it's not as popular as some shit like Black Talon...HST is OK, but it appears to retain too much energy and overpenetrate. IMHO.

I think it's interesting how my great-grandfather's nickname was Shine, because he was always smiling and happy. Grip screw and plug thanks to @Jeddak and some paracord that should match pretty well to wrap around the UF stock.

And now that I have an actual full length grip screw I was able to take the Magpul grip off of the UF and put a proper grip on there.(Damn, that plug is hard as hell to get in there because of the UF mechanism getting in the way on the inside of the receiver.)
