Damn youre fast... If I took a pic youd laugh haha
It doesn't matter how fast you are, it's just getting out and doing it. Some people go for speed, some for distance, some for both. It's just up to you what you want it to be. I started back running about 11-12 years ago, and couldn't make it a mile while averaging about a 12:30/mi pace.Damn youre fast... If I took a pic youd laugh haha
Word. I have been loving being back in the gym. It makes me feel better every day. Well other than this ridiculous soreness for the time being lol.It doesn't matter how fast you are, it's just getting out and doing it. Some people go for speed, some for distance, some for both. My shins hurt for almost a full year before they became accustomed to it. It'll come if you keep at it.Word. I have been loving being back in the gym. It makes me feel better every day. Well other than this ridiculous soreness for the time being lol.
I dont run much bc of my shins though. I have to cycle and do other things to reallyyyyyy get warmed up before im able to run more than a half mile at once.
Interesting. Its worse on concrete of course but comes on either way. If I bike for 5-10 miles first then run its like 90% of the shin pain never comes on. Weird. My shins hurt for almost a full year before they became accustomed to it. It'll come if you keep at it.
Yeah, that is weird. At least you've found a means for controlling it. Running downhill is the worst for shinsplints. Maybe that's not your issue though, it might just be muscle soreness. That would explain why biking first helps.Interesting. Its worse on concrete of course but comes on either way. If I bike for 5-10 miles first then run its like 90% of the shin pain never comes on. I was pushing pretty hard, lol. You're just bragging now....lol

Extra points for bareback...I guess that means something else to kids these days though.Nice! Except it doesnt count for as much if youre on a horse...
Lol, yeah it does. Although, as a father of a daughter, I'm sure you don't like that definition. Understandable...Extra points for bareback...I guess that means something else to kids these days though.
