It happens quickly. I gained 2 pounds over the last 3 weeks and can definitely feel it.Havent worked out in weeks. Am fat again...
The holidays were tough. I was out of work for a week and a half and my gun is by my office which is 34 miles from home. I never got the urge to drive 70 ish miles just to work out lol.It happens quickly. I gained 2 pounds over the last 3 weeks and can definitely feel it.
Yeah, it's so easy to get out of the habit. When I take time away I fantasize about never running again, even though I love it every time I go out. Usually that happens in the winter when the weather is shitty though. The holidays were tough. I was out of work for a week and a half and my gun is by my office which is 34 miles from home. I should have gone for a jog or five. But laziness took control.

That makes perfect sense. And treadmills are boring af. Maybe so much that I'd still rather be out in the coldYeah, it's so easy to get out of the habit. Oh yeah, I just refuse to use a treadmill. I'd rather sit on the couch, eat wings, drink beer and get fat than get on one of those things. That makes perfect sense. And treadmills are boring af. Maybe so much that I'd still rather be out in the cold

Bahahahaha that is a biiiiiig difference. I typically run/jog .5 miles on a treadmill every time I ever show up to the gym before my workout. But im def bored by then.Oh yeah, I just refuse to use a treadmill. I'd rather sit on the couch, eat wings, drink beer and get fat than get on one of those things.
Yeah, I like to use running and a way to explore parts of the city I've never been. It's the best way to do that imo, and you'll get one hell of a workout. Our group runs all the fuck over the city from Avondale to Atlantic Station to Doraville. We've logged a shit load of miles.Bahahahaha that is a biiiiiig difference. I've been having some cramping issues too. I attribute it to probably drinking less water in the winter, pre-run. When it's not hot hotter than hell, I just think about it less.Well...I've been running in town for the last couple weeks. Last week got cramp in calf - enough I stopped and limped home. Not nutrition-related, I'm sure me switching from trails to pavement+more speed and running with weight all contributed to this. I got 3.75 miles down the trail yesterday, and calf cramped up again. Stopped, stretched, managed a slow jog broken up by some walking.
20k Run N Gun memorial for my son is 8 days away. Not happy.
