I had an absolutely WILD AP history teacher in high school. Couldn’t have given a fuck if he tried. Would teach us the curriculum for the exam and then every Friday we’d have a “here’s what really happened” session where he tell us the truth about the American Government.
during the civil war lesson he had us all sign waivers and brought in his own collection of black powder reproduction muskets and revolvers into the school. After 35 years of good exam scores the school was just like “fuck it, let him do it”. This would have been 2011 so bringing any gun into a school would have been shit on for a regular dude.
