Bro I don’t have the discipline for that. That’s badass though. I’m fairly lean right now I think I’m 12-13% body fat so I’m just maintaining.Several years ago, I tried to bulk and cut at the same time. I was eating nothing but chicken, vegetables, and rice as well as protein powder.
400-450g protein a day and no flavor.
I gained muscle, lost a fuck load of fat, and went completely fucking insane.
really focusing on running, lifting just to keep the muscle I have from disappearing from all the cardio
