    The guessing is over...

The evening news sounded like Gun Forum 101. Elected officials taking preliminary positions, some comparing the rights as stated in the Bill of Rights are no more equal than the privilege of driving a car. One republican said if 2A is infringed... it should only be by the narrowest of...

    The guessing is over...

Re: The Guessing Is Over Pretty strong terminology... Repugnant and Cowardly in reference to an NRA ad. Ban assault weapons, 10 round magazines, armor-piercing bullets, and do background checks on all gun sales. Add 23 EO's that were mostly undefined. Leaves lots of questions and the first...

    The guessing is over...

OK. The guessing is over. Hopefully the BBC is as politically neutral as we can get. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-21049942

    Vice President Biden:

3000 year old and more recent wisdoms still apply. The keystone is TRUST. That is what is in question.

    Vice President Biden:

“In battle, there are not more than two methods of attack--the direct and the indirect; yet these two in combination give rise to an endless series of maneuvers.” ― Sun Tzu We are moving from speculation to something that can be attacked or defended. Hopefully we are prepared...

    Vice President Biden:

I'm a proponent of gun security in the home, but I'm not into big brother telling me more and more about what I can and can't do. You can only cut the legislative pie so thin before it becomes meaningless. Maybe we're already there. Bless my 10/22 with composite stock and Steel Lips magazines.

    Vice President Biden:

I'm just happy I don't have any pressing firearms needs or wants that could be Biden-ized. Of course, in the myriad of stuff I've read, gun security within the home could be addressed as well. Gun Safes may not be an exemption, but more likely a requisite. +1 BDD. Sheesh. I thought we were...

    Vice President Biden:

I chose to not go as well. I'm really only interested in a big honkin' gun safe... not a good gun show acquisition. :D

    Vice President Biden:

I've seen the same things. I only know the area gun show had an hour waiting line to get in this weekend. There's another statement hidden here somewhere.

New Taurus SS M605 .357 Magnum range report

    Very nice indeed!

    Vice President Biden:

A political faction here has found my email address and is soliciting $5 to defeat the NRA. They want to strike quickly... at the NRA by name, before public sentiment settles. So an aim is to make decisions in the heat of emotion instead of in the course of rational thought. I guess the ball...

NRA and 51 US Senators have stopped the UN Small Arms Treaty

I guess if Executive Order were used to further circumvent 2A or any of the Bill of Rights... I would find that very presumptuous and grounds for discipinary action against whoever would feel so empowered.

If only I had a way with words

    Well stated!

If only I had a way with words

"Firearms are marks of political sovereignty." 6 words of an entirely well written dissertation. An important part of my sovereignty is representted in 2A.

    Ruger LC.380!

It would take a little to convince me that .380 recoil is much less than 9mm recoil. The .380 snaps and the 9mm lifts. (for lack of better descriptive words) I prefer the 9mm lift. I'm comparing primarily the T380 and PPK to the LC9 and Shield. This is also excluding the smaller LCP and...

    Ruger LC.380!

The LC380 hasn't captured enough of my imagination to consider adding it too my collection. That, and we have a really nice Bersa Thunder 380 already. IMO, Ruger may have sliced the demographic a little thin on this one.

    Bersa Thunder 380

I believe Ruger was looking at the T380 when they developed their LC380. That is high praise.

Our closest FFF is Middleburg Heights. Not close either, but worth the drive. Hate the Cuyahoga sales tax. We don't go often, but we probably look like preppers when we hit the checkout counter.

    'Lizbeth, Chooot

Shoot at Stonewall often, the last time being Friday and, IMO, they are a bit of a shooting mill. The range is usually filled all day every day this time of year. Ammo has been historically expensive and in short supply there. The statement may have been a little self-serving. If it were...

    Ruger SR1911 Commander

It's kinda like... "Don't blink!" Ruger is way aggressive!
