    New caliber gun?

A pulse gun. Could be sonic, magnetic, or electronic, but packs an increasingly incapacitating blow. Not a star trek phaser though.

    9mm Laser for 9MM

Just a side thought... If you already have your holster of choice for your handgun, a rail mount laser may force you to look at an alternative. I'd hate to give up my Cross Breed holtser for my LC9 because the molding does not include space for the laser.

    Ted Nugent vs Piers Mogan

The only Nugent experience I can truly relate to was that he was second billing at a Deep Purple concert at Cloverleaf Speedway in Valley View Ohio. Don't remember the date to save my life. The short story was that all but a fraction of the equipment used by the bands got lost in transit...

    Ted Nugent vs Piers Mogan

I tend to not get real worked up over long-past anti-Viet Nam tactics. TN is quite the carnival barker and I believe he told the story exactly as Snopes has it. To me, +1 BDD, it's good humor, not a indictment other than he probably doesn't have a lot of faith in the government then or now.

Chris Wallace vs Wayne LaPierre. Gun Rights. Feb 3, 2013

Wallace is like a little kid continually asking, "Why?" He just isn't cute about it.

    The REAL threat..

God Bless Bill Stevens. Every word he spoke including his use of CH's 5 words were in context and a source of truth and inspiration, not ridicule and derision as seen in sound bytes and video clips presented by the opposition recently. The balance needed to be tipped back to the side of...

    The REAL threat..

From my cold dead hands No attempt or desire to be mean. It was just poignant off color humor.

    The REAL threat..

I still think the NRA is our best shot, but this isn't Charleton Heston's world anymore. He has cold, dead hands already. We do need a much more enlightened image and less emphasis on diametrical opposition to elected officials who don't fit their mold. They will all eventually erode to being...

    The REAL threat..

I too share the unpopular view that the Bill of Rights has real meaning. All the time and inviolate. Sorry if this basic tenant of our nation is not convenient. Find another way. I also worry when the ""mental health" ball gets tossed into the air. Who gets that rubber stamp placed by their...

    The REAL threat..

Law enforcement cutbacks in Ashtabula County, OH prompted an official to say the same thing a good while ago. Common sense said LEO was going to be stretched thin enough to embolden anyone with criminal intent. Since that time I haven't heard of any wild west type stories coming out of that...

    The REAL threat..

Our Fouding Fathers basically said WE ARE RESPONSIBLE and the government, not just currently, has said to stuff that silly notion.

    The REAL threat..

Who seriously believes we can legislate criminal activity out of any society in any way? Hasn't happened anywhere outside of fascist states where the populace was trained to rightfully be too afraid of their government to speak in hushed tones or to steal bread to feed their starving families...

    Ruger LC.380!

Some one pointed out the fact that the Bersa is a blowack design vs the locked breech of the LC's. That affects both the capability and the felr recoil of each gun.

    The REAL threat..

I keep getting flashes of 13th century Scottish William Wallace (Brave Heart) finding it necessary to use a deer antler as a weapon since everything down to knives were outlawed...

    3D printed magazines

I've seen some very serious 3D, 360 degree modelling programs... like Solid Edge. I'm kind off curious what the printing "toner" consists of to allow it to withstand the rigors of being used in an AR15. Fascinating.

    3D printed magazines

My wife came across this article. First, just the concept of being able to manufacture anything using wizardly printing technology astounds and befuddles me. The second is that before it really gets off the ground it may be legislated into oblivion. Beam me up, Scotty or I'd like some Earl...

    The guessing is over...

Well stated Slowhand and BDD. The uninformed are taking their opportunity to express their views. Our voices must be better and more persuasive. That is because we also believe in the First Amendment.
