It's not something I would buy, but it is a great idea for people new to carrying. I carry at 4:00 like 95% of the time and while this would be great for that still I would never switch the mounts and would just assume not have the extra holes.
I'm really tempted to just go ahead and save my pennies toward the new frontier lower. I just love the idea of a Glock mag fed SBR.
But I do hate the idea of limiting myself.
i have been planning out my next several gun purchases. I think I want to go ahead and try and do a SBR sometime this year maybe.
As far as lowers go what do I need to look for to have the most versatile lower possible. I think primarily it would end up with a 9mm upper. Do I need to have...
I never cared for bullpups since the reloads feel awkward, nothing practice couldn't fix though.
That said, I would still love to have a Tavor. They are sexy looking rifles. And I agree for a 9mm it makes sense instead of a regular rifle.
The upper mainly. I should be able to order it by the end of the month, maybe sooner. Just have to pick up one more OT shift then I'll have enough in the gun fund for the upper and sights.
I'll take you up on that once my rifle is built. I'd like to hear how a .30 can sounds on a 5.56 AR and a .308 bolt gun so I can see if it's worth the money to me.
I need to try and come shoot with you one day, ive been thinking more and more about a suppressor and would like to hear how they are to see if they are worth the money for me.
