@Leshaire i just called Glock. They said as long as the SN plate is not damaged/removed they would replace the frame for $100+tax if you brought it in.

true, but the ELCAN is fucking sweet. So they seem to get their optics right at least.

I may end up doing that. If it has good reviews next year I'll probably get one and try it out. Worst case it's garbage, I sell the MOS Glock and put the optic on a range toy. I don't mind spending RMR money if I have to, but if this one ends up being a good one I'd be happy to save the money.

Your braver than I am. But I read that Glock will replace the frame for like $150

@Leshaire @Rwjeter I just did some googling. The British army bought 20k sights from that company to mount on their ELCANs. It's not the pistol sight but it does give me some confidence in the company if the Brits are using them.

I agree. Depends on the material though. My glasses have plastic lenses and after having them three years, 2 of them with my kid messing with them, I don't have any scratches yet.

That's why I'm waiting for more reviews, It will be next year before I'm ready to buy something like that anyway. The reason I like that one instead of just getting a RMR is that I can get a MOS Glock and it will co-witness without having to get Suppresor height sights. It would end up much...

    Glock Slide Options

I did. I didn't shoot it too much but I liked it. I want to put some time in with one to see if it helps me enough to justify the cost. I've been thinking of getting a Burris FastFire for my Victory .22 as a testbed and get accustomed to a reddot before I put one on my go-to Glock. I've also...

    Glock Slide Options

I don't know that. I'm right handed and left eye dominant so I am wanting to try a reddot to see if it make things easier for me.

    Glock Slide Options

I've been reading good things about this company. http://www.shieldpsd.com/portfolio-posts/reflex-mini-sight Apparently they are a British company who made or makes sights the British military use. The reviews I've read have all been good and the price is much lower than a Delta point pro or...

I can't remember wher I saw it. It it was a reputable company that would add on front serrations for $75. I honestly think if I ever get a reddot I would just sell my 19 and buy a MOS model

    Glock Slide Options

I think if you are already having the slide milled for a reddot then why not. If I ever have my slide milled for one I'll probably get some front serrations put on. Otherwise it's not worth the hassle and cost to me.

    Troy AR Quality?

Well under 2k, BCM complete upper with 15" (I think) rail on a PSA lower.

Shotguns with "tactical" buckshot, different barrel lengths and options

That set up is on my dream gun list for sure.

Shotguns with "tactical" buckshot, different barrel lengths and options

It looks like the barrel on shotgun A did a damn good job.
  16. AtlMedic

    What to do??

Ah. Thank you. I would just buy the correct part when money allows. Even if the gun is firing good now it may shoot better with the correct sear and then you'll know it's 100% correct if god forbid you need to use it for self defense.

    ATI mil sport 9mm pistol

Ha, now I just have to find a 20" 9mm barrel with a rifle length gas tube.

    ATI mil sport 9mm pistol

I think I'm going to do a 20" precision 9mm AR to piss you off.

    What to do??

Just want to make sure i understand. The gun has the factory sear and the rest is Apex?
  20. AtlMedic

    What to do??

I'd just buy the correct sear, it should make it shoot even better and you would have the peace of mind that it had the right parts in it.
