For one, a new Camaro ZL1 spec'd out the way I would want is about $70K, even a base ZL1 is the same money as a GT350. I would have bought the GT350 if I had the cash flow. I really can't swing that payment and even though I was gearing up toward that, I'm starting to feel like the money for the GT350 isn't well spent for the increase over what I got. I can do some minor mods and get an E85 tune and make over 500whp if I really get the itch.
The Camaro is super badass for sure. But if I go Chevy, it will be to get into a Vette. I mean, I AM at midlife crisis age...

The biggest problem i see is the people leaving California and infecting another state.

I got squeezed so bad this year, I wanted to wait about one more year before I made my move. Ford dropped the Level 2 Performance Package this year (which is what I bought) and they dropped the GT350. My other choice was a Blue w/white/red stripes Corvette Grand Sport but then the C8 came out and killed that possibility for me.
I really do love my car, it's exceeding my expectations so I'm thrilled about that. And I AM mostly a Ford guy although I like all cars...but this right here, if I could have gotten this..................Man, I have no words how this speaks to me...

I don’t understand any of this car-speak.
I drive Toyotas that are all 20+ years old. Only bought ONE new car in my life - a 4cyl 1992 Mustang 5-spd.
So all that mumbo jumbo about C7 or C8 only brings to mind Canadian service rifles.
Same thing happens when someone tries to speak Jeep at me.
