Well, I’m gonna sound like @MrsFast306stang , but all that Mexican food is hardly “healthy” - unless you consider healthy quantities to be a good thing...
I can’t imagine how much cholesterol and other bad shit is in there.
Go natural, and eat like our distant ancestors did - when hungry, only eat until you are no longer hungry, not until you’re stuffed.
Drop the processed stuff as much as you can, within reason. Carbonated drinks aren’t natural, and increase acid reflux.

Ok, I’m off my soapbox.

Go have a 30-oz margarita. Lol.

Yeah, but at least his car is fast?

When I crash and burn, I want instant death, no suffering!

My college roommate was always a big guy (over 300 pounds). He obviously overindulged. A few years ago he discovered he was diabetic, and he's now totally blind. I went and saw him a couple weeks ago. He's mostly in good spirits, but I can't imagine.

Getting older and the consequences of poor choices happen way faster than most realize. Take care of yourself, if not for yourself, for our future children.

I caught it, it was subtle...as I was reading it, I was waiting for it...there it is, at the very end, you didn't disappoint...
