Well it is very logical to me that somebody is going to have a very bad accident cause of this and the city will get sued. The city will feel very stupid in court when they allowed the street to get painted and a driver claims he was disoriented and distracted because of this. It is really simple. This is a street not a billboard. No messages on the road that do not pertain to driving instructions and safety.
