That one is for a blade bayonet. A lot of these, like the wood stocks , were sold without the gas tube upper handguard. The "tickler" is for another model and not really correct for the Jungle stock. That one probably needs a cleaning kit, cleaning kit spring and trap door.

I would say that is a Romanian.
There are two types of the SKS "jungle stocks". One is more heavy duty and has some bakelight swirls on the inside and is generally darker in color and the finish on the outside is a lot better.

The jungle stocks came in blade and spike bayo types as well as side and underneath rear sling hinge. They are interesting. I can't remember the place but they were some available for less that a 100.

Any marks on the spine? It looks Russian to me. Too nice for a Romanian, and no tear shaped welds on the back. IIRC Egyptians have a sharp corner on one side of the weld.

It’s the same with all of my AR Frankenguns. I built them to keep, and put all of the options I wanted into them on the front end - but I’ll never part with them because they just won’t bring the money I’ve got in them. Plus the ones that are 80s can’t go anywhere anyway...
