My problem is every time I quit drinking, I quit quitting the next day.

I’ve made my own holsters and knife sheaths in the past, but not out of kydex...I use something made in nature that is the OTHER reason for cattle.
It’s damn near impossible to find a holster for this beast. Had to settle on a safari land ALS for subcompacts
Literally one of the few things I enjoy about working at an LGS and range is an excuse to OWB some giant ass hand cannons
Take a heat gun to that holster and reform it to suit your needs, It's simple. Plenty of youtube how to videos. That's what I did to an already great fitting holster to make it a better fitting holster.
A guy I knew used to carry this:
A Llama 87 IPSC style 9mm at the shop he worked at. It was ridiculous. Now I own that gun.
