Yeah they are good for a while unwashed, problem is we usually have around 6 broody hens at a time so they all get sat on. But yes when we collect them regularly we still have them weeks after being on the counter if they are unwashed.

the coating on the eggs is called the bloom
Cool, thanks for confirming. I wasn’t too sure about that claim, but we eat a lot of eggs so they never get older than 7-10days

If unwashed, eggs will be good unrefrigerated for up to 2 weeks and refrigerated up to 3 months from what I’ve been told by many that have chickens. Something to do with a natural chicken crap coating or something like that extending their life if left unwashed
(probably not in the middle of summer or if a hen is sitting on them)
That's great information.

Yes, I was at the show for the gun going off event. I was at the other end and heard it and thought that it sounded like the old bag blown up and then you stomp it with you foot gag. Then I remembered I was in a gun show and - -oh no! I started looking back over there and everything kind of went back to normal. Then there was some yelling and a stampede for the doors started from around where the shooting occurred. A lot of people ran for the doors, yes a LOT stampede style, and went outside. Everybody else on the other end ducked down cause the doors were packed to go out and maybe there was fixing to be a shooter, robbery, fight etc. Everybody on my isle was kneeling or laying flat on the floor. Some people started walking squatted down like duck to the door and then got up and ran for it. People started to get up after about 60 second and look around of just left. I went to the main desk up front and asked what happened and the small guy said it was a negligent discharge. Another vendor said the stampede started when some words were exchanged. Everything went back with about 75% of the people that were in there gone and the show closing and everyone ready to go for sure now. The picture below is where a person jumped out of their shoes to haul ass out of the show.-------------------

I know very little about welding. Is there a welder that can do stick and tig? I’ve heard stick is the easiest to do, so I should probably start out with that and practice that first? Does it take a lot of skill to doTIG welds on thin metal like on a AK or PPS43? I have a friend that knows how to TIG weld, does it at work using sheet metal I believe

See if you can take a class at a local tech school. Seriously. Might be able to use their equipment after the class.

Edit- several people have recommended Central Ga Tech to me for machining... maybe welding too. Regardless, I think you'd save a lot of trouble and money learning from somebody.
