I did not compare the two at all. I stated that I prefer Japanese cars and that's it. You started the comparison with the XD and HK remark.

The comparison I made shows you’re a gun guy and not a car guy (unless your examples of Jap cars are GTR, EVO, STi, Z cars, etc)

@mark23 did a bunch of reading last night. Thank's for steering me in the right direction! Looks like 3 working sets around 6-8 reps is the current recommended sweet spot for size gains. Updated my routine.
