It was called Molcajete but that term is actually the name of the stoneware it's in. It was basically like a fajita but with red sauce and the onions were whole, feta (?) cheese was sliced in a couple of large hunks, cactus on the side and that large pepper. Meat was chicken and steak.
The pepper was a bit hot even after I scraped the seeds. I actually liked the cactus, wasn't sure if I was gonna like it or not.
It was a lot of food, definitely enough to split with 2 ppl.
Anyone need a like new with box assembled aero precision M4 flat top upper with T Marks ?
