I think @triplestack3 meant stamps on the side of the follower(s), like the Polish mags have. You have to disassemble the mag to get a look at that. But those mags aren't Polish. They look 100% Romanian to me.
I saw one about that size, old and hairless just like that one, in a fenced in cage in Okinawa. He was wearing boxing gloves on his hands and feet. For $10 you could have a go at him and if you lasted 60 seconds you won $50.
I watched one drunk dude give it a go. That chimp grabbed the bars on top of the cage, hoisted himself up to shoulder level, locked his legs around the dudes neck (smashing his chimp dick and balls into the guys face in the process) and commenced to pounding him on top of the head with hammer fists. Lasted about 10 seconds, LOL!
