Not really a "workout" per say but I pushed an aerator and a spreader 8 miles today doing aeration and seeding.

Nah, I normally walk that much every day, just not pushing a 300lb aerator and a spreader with 80lbs of seed and then 80lb of fert. That shit sucks.

Naw, it's awesome. We usually start out at Krog Street market and run down to Piedmont park, do a loop and come back and drink beer at the KSM. There's a mass Yoga thing that goes on in a big grass field...it's literally hundreds of women in yoga pants on the beltline.

yup my issue was for years I worked a manual job outside and got in awesome shape simply having that job lol, then I moved to an inside lab and everything just went to shit. not really concerned with loosing weight would just like to get cut again
