6:40 mile, 100 air squats, 80 sit ups, 60 push ups, 20 pull ups, and then another 6:40 mile

Then 5 times through a circuit with 5 dead lifts @ 275lbs, 5 box jumps, and 6 hurdles

A short 3 miler, but a 7:09 pace. Not terrible anyway.

I cut down 3 large pine trees, cut them up, loaded them on the trailer and haunted them to the burn pit.

Shoveled out the pig pen.

I've backed off the lifting for a bit, trying to get run and pull ups squared away.
I hate running.....growing to like pull-ups.
Back day tomorrow, I'll probably knock out two different lifts, a metric shit load of ab work and a bunch of long, slow, negative pull-ups
