Hit the snooze about 4 times so ended up walking/running for about 15 min then it was time to go to work. May do a little more this evening, then try harder tomorrow.
I've backed off the lifting for a bit, trying to get run and pull ups squared away.
I hate running.....growing to like pull-ups.
Back day tomorrow, I'll probably knock out two different lifts, a metric shit load of ab work and a bunch of long, slow, negative pull-ups
