Ha, I've been injury free for about a year...it was my time. Your throats on fire because you're struggling to get oxygen since your cardio is lacking. Does it feel like there's blood in your throat? Yep...I remember that too. It'll pass, keep at it.Old people problems.
I ran a mile the last two nights. Thats about as far as I can go before my throat is on fire bc its 30 degrees outside.....
Could be. But isnt cold air more dense, meaning im geting more oxygen per breath? I hate the cold. I love running in the heat.Ha, I've been injury free for about a year...it was my time. 30 degrees is perfect running weather, by spring you can see if you can keep pace with me and my group.
Yeah a little, but you're cardio is lacking. Your Vo2 max is low, and you aren't able to get enough oxygen to your muscles. It'll improve as you keep at it. It's not cold enough for it to really affect you in a negative way. Just don't over dress. I wear the same thing I wear when it's 100 degrees, clear down to 32. Then I add light gloves, but that's it.Could be. But isnt cold air more dense, meaning im geting more oxygen per breath? I hate the cold. I love running in the heat.
I had on sorts and a hoodie lol. My body wasnt hot or cold, just my damn hands and throat.Yeah a little, but you're cardio is lacking. Work in some hills. Run with a bandana over your face (bandit style) if it continues to be a problem.I had on sorts and a hoodie lol. My body wasnt hot or cold, just my damn hands and throat.
