Wish I'd known... I've got a jig and hand sized router that makes hinges easy.
I think I'm going to buy a new (read: clean) cooler before we go on vacation.
I'm finding out that "reasonably priced" isn't a thing with coolers these days.
I just need something to take food to Florida, not keep ice for 2 weeks.

Eh, $30ish Igloo is fine with me. Ours are all old and pretty filthy. I mean, i clean them, but they never look clean.
Anyone need a geiselle SPM for a Aimpoint micro? Very lightly used. $60.00
We use the collapsible cooler bags for that kind of stuff, obviously not as insulated as a real cooler, but they're about an inch thick all around and waterproof- they're great when you're done and pack them in a suitcase to bring back.

My wife has one of those bags and it's amazing how well it works. Just use chill packs instead of ice and you're golden.

We use Ice in ours for road trips (keeping drinks cold), hasn't leaked yet, ice-packs would probably be the better option for food to avoid getting it wet

It almost looks like the one I had. I did all that work except I put on a bolt on retainer. Would be weird if it was lol.
And the correct trigger guard/mag catch combo. But I did crack the muzzle shroud with a nut breaker like the day before I got rid of it...

Alright so if I need about 1/8" clearance for this door to close, shave the casing or the door?
My first solution is to take a 2"x4" and hold it against the casing and take a heavy hammer to it and clearance it that way.
But I'm listening incase someone has a better solution.
Door is hung. It's for the laundry room. Morons had it as an inward swing but once you put your washer and dryer in there, there's no room for the door to swing. Idiots.
Door was removed and was in the garage in my way this whole time.
