Geissele & all affiliated companies (ALG, AM knives, etc.) are getting knocked hard for being OOS. This is a result largely of pandemic shutdowns. All of the companies plants are in a county that is part of the "Philadelphia Zone" for the Pennsylvania Governor's brilliant "reopening" plan. They spent almost all of 2020 on full lockdown & are only able to have limited number of workers on site now. One of the many great failures of our "news media" is the cost of these lockdowns for manufacturing jobs. I know some folks in PA & food banks in the manufacturing areas of the state weren't been able to keep up with demand during the fall.
They want to blame all Covid deaths on people not wearing masks. These governors locking places down for so long need to be held accountable for every destitute family, broken marriage, unemployed person, etc. that this shit causes.
Gaysell and ALG are being knocked hard because they‘re greedy noseberg bastards and treat their employees like shit (covid is not the excuse, check their reviews from Glassdoor and others well before the covid bs)
Employees are the lifeblood of a company. You should treat them well and reward them for good work.
If you don’t, you run out of qualified employees that need work, they will go elsewhere, and your previously good product turns to shit.
FFS even KelTec is rated much higher as an employer.
