It is a standard underbarrel launcher, adapted to AKS74U. See 2 mounts for bayonet mounts that AK74 and AK100 have? Brown patch is the AK74U mount.

Patak has round Serbian bread, if you cannot find Biga.
Most of the Patak meats can be frozen, I usually buy $200-$300 worth every couple of months.
I recommend:
Smoked regular bacon (eat as is or on sandwiches), smoked garlic bacon (same), Mortadella, Swiss Hunter salami (hard square salami), Alpine, Czech, Garlic, Moskovskaya, Ukrain, and Moldova salamis, German bologna, smoked spare ribs, pastrami, Krakowska salami, smoked Fleishkase, cold smoked salmon, Debreceni sausage for snacks.
