I see benefits to both sides of it, though I do CC most of the time. My opinion is alot of folks are so oblivious that they wont notice anyway. There is also something to be said about being able to get the gun into the fight quicker and easier by OC.

Plus, youll have to find a 20x scope without a tall ass adjustment knob on the top so you can even use a red dot. I dont know everything about optics but a 20x scope is probably going to have the taller turrets.

This, and are you only going to shoot inside of 50-100 yards? Are you confident you could get it zeroed for a clean kill on a deer and be able to reliably make a clean shot? Why not just build 2 rifles?

I wear gloves in the winter to keep my hands warm when im outside, usually in the fall when I go to the range ill wear gloves for a few mags to get used to the trigger pull and stuff wearing my gloves.
