Thanks for the advice guys. Looks like it will be either BCM or colt. It will probably come down to what I can find in stock when the money gets there.

I was looking at their uppers for about 500 bucks and then spend the rest on a lower/parts. I've never heard anything bad about BCM.

It's normal, every 19 I've had does it. It's a minor annoyance but I try and leave mags alone so I don't fuck with reliability.

If they wernt regulated and after the initial cost of increased manufacturing the price on many cans would go down. There would be some new stuff that would demand a premium but from a pure manufacturing standpoint (not including R&D and overhead) can should be significantly cheaper to produce...
