Econ What if you had $50K...

If it's not already done, I'd pay off debt. Assuming it is done, I would start a small business.

    Freedom Munition 165gr Hush 9mm

I did. I still had ears on so I can't be too accurate on sound. But it was noticeably quieter than the other 9mm subs I shot that day.

    Can for SR22

I'll be different. The KGmade Swarm sounds great and can be used in a short configuration.

Where does this gun format stand?

I agree. The echo trigger accomplishes basically the same thing without electronics to fail. I do plan on getting an echo trigger eventually.

Had some fun with Chad from IV8888

I get that open bolt is a great system for machine guns. I meant that you don't need to find a practical purpose for an open bolt machine gun.

I talked to him about it too.

Basic Precision Rifle Course, January 21-22, SCOTG in Laurens SC

I can't wait to take one of these classes in a few years.

"Practical" and "open bolt" don't belong in the same sentence. How difficult would an integral .22LR AR barrel be to make out of curiosity?

I couldn't get over how reliably it ran.

    Talk some sense into me

Garand for sure. .45-70 is cool and all but I've heard a bunch of folks say they don't shoot them much after first get them for the reasons laufen said.

    Plate carrier recommendations

That sounds like the best idea. Thanks

    Plate carrier recommendations

Yeah I don't want bulk. But I figure if I can have ballistic protection for not much more weight than just a chest rig it wouldn't hurt. Getting the plates for free is also a big reason I'm doing it.

    Plate carrier recommendations

These plates are thin and light (under two pounds for both). The front is shooters cut and I only plan on putting two single Mag pouches and a small IFAK to keep bulk and weight to a minimum.

    Plate carrier recommendations

That's where I'm at with it. Realistically condor would probably work. But if I can spend not a whole lot more for something better then I'm interested

    Plate carrier recommendations

I have some level IIIa hard plates on their way to me. I need to find a carrier for them though. Looking for a balance of quality vs price. I want it to hold up but I'm also not going to war with it. I would like something low profile that I can throw a few mag pouches on. Any suggestions?

    My dad shooting full auto

My dad got to shoot full auto for the first time today. This is him with my BCM upper on a Full auto lower I can say not only does my rifle run steel cases perfectly fine so far, it does just fine with a giggle switch too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    what to buy now?

I may take you (and her) up on that when I get the funds saved up so I can make sure I like it before I buy it.

    what to buy now?

Sweet. I think it is the route I'm going to go for a precision gun. I think it will fit my needs perfectly.

    what to buy now?

I'm more concerned with the bolt reliability feeding from AR mags. The bolt is a little funny looking.
