SDN-6 is a pretty sweet can for the $$$. Quiet, pretty damn solid. Many people knock AAC due to their sell out, but many have had to use their warranty without issues. Its not no serviceable can, so your a tad limited in terms of versatility IMO. Also, people knock the 51T attach system, but...

Simmons makes a descent 60 power. Then, go to Bargain Hunt in Marietta to find a really nice tripod for around $60. I still use mine 3 years later with no issues. Only complaint is at 60 power, the eye relief sucks. You cant see close enough without lifting up your glasses each time.

This ^^^^^ Also, if your going to ever sell the rifle in the future, it kills the value. The difference in price to buy new makes a standard upper an obvious choice.

Yep, mine has the same problem. No problem though, ALWAYS check the chamber for a round even with the mag out!! Habit I have anyways.

^^^^This. I never get into new ones as barrels, parts, general aftermarket support, etc.... is almost non-existent. If the new cartridge falls on its face in popularity, you can be left with a rifle/pistol you have several hundreds of dollars above a standard platform that has crap resale...
