Did a little 3.83 miler (down and back) on the beltline. It was jam packed but we still managed a 7:13 average. Hit one lady pushing a stroller.

Dude, if I'm ever in a situation where I need to RUN 15+ miles, Plans A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y and Z have all gone horribly wrong
It REALLY helps endurance in short 3-6 milers too. Longer runs simply allow you to go harder for longer on the short runs.

Been bad about posting here lately.

Today:
2.5 miles @ 8:00 per mile
10, 8, 6 squats at 225#, 275#, 315# respectively
10, 8, 6 bench at 135, 155, 165 respectively
2x10 bar curls at 55
10 bar curls at 65

Been tough doing my super hard workouts with limited time lately, that and I have to fee safe to ride my bike away after lol

Headed to the pool in about an hour.
Half mile Sprint there, probably 1000m of swimming and half mile Sprint back.
