Here's a funny thing to remember about spikes is that they were an air soft company for a while. It seems that they like to jump on the bandwagon with lower "designs" but they never innovate ....they have a design that's 6 months older because someone else did it first then they had to put in for variants which take 6 months with the atf

What did they lie about? I am pondering their M5 AR10 receiver set, but am curios what they tried to mislead you about?

It's too long of a story but basically they sent me a bunch of lowers that looked like crap. They denied anything was wrong with them even though I sent photos. They weren't "blems" bc they weren't overstock. Then they got into details of how they manf and caught them in a lie.

Anyway you should be fine. I've had a hundreds of API lowers over 3 years and only one bad batch.

Gotcha, it amazing what just being honest will do for manufacturers. I dont understand why some of them try to lie. We all know shit happens, and sometime mistakes slip though.

That's not really any better. But I do remember way back in the day when "badassar15" (spelling?) did actually shill on ar15.com, pretending to be a happy customer of a little known shop down in Florida, called Spikes Tactical.

What do you think of the PSA AR-10 lowers? I remember getting Surplus Arms and Ammo lowers around 2011 for around $50.00 bucks, and it was a bargin at the time.
