Anyone have any tricks or breathing exercises they use to help relax? Part of the reason I want to lose weight is to cure my sleep apnea... but i also suck at falling asleep.

If I read I nod and drop the book a few times. As soon as I turn the light out I'm awake again.At night I drink myself to sleep, and pretend I don't care that your not here with me... Because its so much easier to handle all of my problems, if I'm too far out to see... REM "Don't go back to Rockville."
But seriously try reading before going to bed, instead of watching TV.
I've used a similar method for many years. Became habit after a while. I used to have a very active mind and couldn't settle down to get some sleep. Using the above method, and trying to visualize a black wall, I was able to quickly fall asleep.4-7-8
