The Tokarev is cool as well because it doesn't have the permanent safety added to frame, its added at the trigger. This is done I think because import laws require a safety, the original TT-33 I think was designed without a safety at all. Most you see, the safety is added on the frame. This one you can remove and put a OG trigger in and you have a legit Tokarev, and its Chinese surplus.
