Morning gents! Back from south Texas, didn't see @Peanut Butter ….caught a bunch of fish. Got 6 inches of snow in Tulsa while I was gone! First real snow since 2011 and I missed it. Very glad of it!

I've got the CMMG kit and it works great.
2 things to know:
1) The mags aren’t as good as 10/22 mags, and they kinda suck to load most of the time
2) Don’t expect Match Grade accuracy even if you’re using Match ammo in a really good AR barrel because the spin on the rifling is totally wrong for the .22lr bullet.
So it’s a plinker-trainer, that’s all.
Have kids as early as possible so you have enough youthful energy to keep up.
I just went with the complete upper with the correct 1:12-ish twist.
Agree that it sucks loading the mags without a loader.
