I would accept a Civil War on the condition it comes to a end in a year or two and things can go back to normalcy. But in that scenario there is no one man army and you gotta have someone or some people watching your back

Suffice to say I was incredibly disappointed. I gave him all the chances and we agreed on the time both in private message and text message.
I could tell he had cold feet about selling it. No excuse for ghosting me though. I even drove to his area in Gainesville.
