Russell Parkway? It's literally worth it to drive to Byron and use their PO, you won't be in line 5 minutes. I made the mistake of stopping by the Russell PO on the way home and stood in line for 45 minutes. Never again.

My salesman called me and wanted an update. I didn't have one.
10 minutes later my lender calls me, my buyer isn't going to qualify for the USDA 100% financing, so they're going to try FHA. Which means she needs to come up with another $4300 which I'm sure she doesn't have. I'll toss in half of that if she can come up with the other half but I don't know what she can and can't do.

It's costing me less than $10800 which is what the 6% realtor fee would cost me.
