I think for the egg canon styrofoam would offer too much friction in the barrel and not to mention not healthy for the environment. And unless you could buy something in some form of pre-form (like a styrofoam cup) it would be a major pain to mass produce.

So I'm thinking along the lines of paper as the sabot material. Somewhat like a musket's wadding. Kinda like those mini Dixie cups. Not sure if they are the right diameter or not.

Doctor did not see any blockage on the X-ray and her blood work is clean. She started throwing up Sunday, the day after 4th of July..... She was trembling all evening while the fireworks went off and doctor thinks it's stress.....950$ for an upset stomach.....damn.

Sounds legit though. My coworker do the same when he stresses
