I have had two similar experiences at Autozone - some of the girls working there have no knowledge of cars/trucks at all.
Bought some lead substitute once and told woman at the register, that it always sells out so I buy it when I find it. She picks it up one of the bottles and proceeds to read the label word for word to me..... I already know what it does - don't need someone to read the label to me. I hardly go there anymore....Napa is better to me.
