As @Gaige insinuated.... part of my support of Riley is they are putting out a reasonably priced, well made AK produced in America.
Truth be told, most "Real" AKs are not that well made. Loose tolerances and bad fitment around in the wild.

3100 rounds isn't much but so far I am pleased.

I generally advise to avoid housefire guns. Often times the fire will anneal the metal and ruin the temper. Which is dangerous especially when it to receivers and bolts
